Adipose Derived Stemcells

The ideal stem cell for use in functional tissue engineering needs to be abundantly available, harvested with minimal morbidity, differentiated reliably down various pathways and able to be transplanted safely and efficaciously. Adult human adipose tissue contains a population of mesenchymal stem cells, termed ‘adipose-derived stem cells’ (ASC), which seem to fulfill most of these criteria.

ASC can be harvested readily, safely, and in relative abundance by modern liposuction techniques. They are capable of differentiating into other mesenchymal tissue types, including adipocytes, chondrocytes, myocytes and osteoblasts. They also show angiogenic properties, with recent evidence of a potential role in healing radiotherapy-damaged tissue, possibly due to their secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor. Similarly, they have a role in healing chronic wounds. Subsequently they have a wide range of potential clinical uses in all fields of surgery.

Autologous Adipose Tissue Processing Kit

A fat grafting procedure transfers fat from areas which have excess fat, such as the outer thighs, and injects it into areas that may be lacking in volume, such as face, hands, breasts or buttocks. This safe, long-lasting, well-tolerated procedure produces natural-looking results.

Scientific literature describes fat grafting for various indications, both cosmetic and reconstructive including, but not limited to, the breast. Other indications for autologous fat grafting include gluteal augmentation and repair of contour deformities; facial augmentation and correction of defects; hand rejuvenation; lip augmentation; and, penile enlargement and aesthetic improvement.

Autologous Stromal Vascular Fraction Kit

Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) is the product of lipoaspirate which is obtained from liposuction of excess adipose tissue. The Lipoaspirate, a disposable byproduct of liposuction (cosmetic surgery), contains a large population of stem cells called adipose derived stem cells (ADSCs).

Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) of adipose tissue is a rich source of preadipocytes, mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), endothelial progenitor cell, T cells, B cells, mast cells as well as adipose tissue macrophages.

CCS-ADSC (A Point of Care Technology)

CCS-ADSC is an enhanced technology for isolating a robust population of Adipose cells or Adipose Derived Stromal Cells derived from lipoaspirate in less than 30 minutes. This isolation process yields an abundant population of (Adipose Derived Stem Cells) ADSCs/SVF (Stromal Vascular Fraction) from 60 ml of Lipoaspirate collected.
